Scrolling popup folder

I am having a problem with using a menu shortcut to open a popup folder
(folder holds a number of docs): I can't get the menu to scroll up or down
(using the mouse)... if I carefully use the keyboard, I can get the menu to
scroll, but it is clunky...

Problem solved by looking through the menu.obskin of an older skin... found
the up and down arrow section...
